Where's my "That Was Easy" button? I need to press it.
In tonight's episode of Glee, "Hold on to Sixteen," Emma Pillsbury pairs her Kate Spade Metallic Josie Dress with the Kate Spade Elizabeth Cardigan.

Hey, WWEPWers. Tell me something. With so much Kate Spade clothing coming out the wazoo lately, I'm going to admit I'm getting a bit bored with Emma's wardrobe. (But not with WWEPW.) Don't get me wrong. I love me some Kate Spade clothing. But I find myself longing for the days when Emma's wardrobe wasn't dominated by one single brand. Do you feel the same?
Although I haven't had much time for posting lately, I don't want this blog to become simply a bunch of IDs from the show. I've always loved coming up with new ideas for WWEPW, and I want you to know that after next week, when my real-life workload will start to slow down, I'll be posting some fun new features that have been swimming around in my head, but I haven't had the time to make them a reality. And, WWEPW will going back to its roots - as a style blog to help you find more clothes which would make Emma herself envious of your closet.
But I want to hear from you, too. What features would YOU like to see on WWEPW? Leave a comment here or drop me a line at emmapillsbury at gmail dot com. And thanks for sticking with WWEPW, even when I post at a snail's pace. You guys are the best.
xoxo

I'd really love to see some tips on dressing like Emma on a budget. I'm going into college next year after 15 years of private school and have little to no idea on how to dress XD
You got it! I'll be sure to include an Emma on a Budget feature in upcoming posts! Thanks, Shani!
I absolutely second the idea of Emma on a budget! Love your blog, I can't wait to see what you have in store next!
This may be too specific for the whole crowd, but I have a heck of a time finding cute Emma-style non-leather shoes, budget or otherwise (hey, there's always Christmas). :-) I also second the above comment.
Leigh, you came to the right place. I'm vegan, so I'm always looking for great non-leather shoes. I will definitely look for some and post them on the blog. Thanks for the idea!
Great, thanks! My go-to used to be Target, but even a lot of their shoes are leather now.
I agree, Emma's been on a Kate Spade overload lately. I love KS as much as the next person, but it does get a little repetitive. I miss the mix of items from the early days of the show and find myself going back to season 1 for inspiration.
I too love the idea of "Emma on a Budget" features. Also, my favorite thing about Emma's style is her jewelry, both vintage and new. Some more specific focus on brooches, necklaces, bracelets, etc. would be fun.
Speaking of jewelry, it dawned on me the other day that we haven't seen Emma wearing her gold watch at all this season. I miss seeing it! It was such an Emma staple.

I agree with the Emma on a budget. I also liked back in the day when you suggested items from the high street that were similar to items Emma wears on the show.
Love, love this Kate Spade dress! I see a saved search on eBay in my future.
Budget friendly alternatives sound tempting! :) Also I'm thinking of some DIYs, like creating embellishment on plain cardigans! :)
Emma on a budget - yes please! I also really loved the posts this fall where you went through the new offerings from Anthropologie, Kate Spade, etc. and rated them for Emma-wearability. I'd love to see the GleeBay posts come back if that's possible :-)
I agree, Emma's wardrobe has become so one dimensional. Which is a shame because her clothes are practically the only reason I even watch Glee anymore.
And I too really miss the GleeBay posts.
I miss GleeBay! I looked forward to that every week.
DIY would be a good option. I found myself browsing michael's for parts and started making my own sweater gurads. :) But I do think as much as I love the classic silhouette of Emma, it does get boring. How many ways can one wear cardigans with a pencil skirt? LOL
I miss Gleebay! And like others here, I'd love to see more budget friendly ideas!
She's worn some lovely Valentino. Sure that's more aspirational than accessible but why not scan his archives for Emma wear.
I like the idea of Emma on a budget and also DIY Emma options (which also falls under 'on a budget.') Last week I made a replica of her Kate Spade leopard print skirt for under $15. I can post pix if you'd like!
Emma on a budget is my vote. I love her style, but my wallet does not!
XOXO,
Jamie

Well. Back in the day you used to make screencaps with hilarious Emma narration. Those were pretty great :)
I don't know if this is possible, but i would love to see the 'making up emma' blog thingy come back. That stuff was hilarious.
I recently discovered your site and am so glad I did! I would definitely love any features on Emma-esque clothing that are reasonable. I also love the "How Would Emma Wear It" challenges. Keep up the awesome work!
There is a brilliant Australian designer Alannah Hill, similar to Kate Spade. I would love to see her wardrobe go international :)
I remember reading quite early on in Glee that the costume designer deliberately used to pick the majority of the clothing from shops like Target, Gap, and for Emma mostly from J.Crew with the occasional Kate Spade.
I liked that everyday kids COULD watch Glee and decide "I want that look" and actually get it. I don't know many kids or adults who can afford entire wardrobes of Kate Spade apparel and the show feels more like Kate Spade's product placement catalog...
I like the idea of the same Look for Less idea. At age 30, I don't really want to go broke buying all designer when I'd rather buy a house :)
I too adored the "making up emma" and the internal monologues with the doodles - hysterically funny and clever - I think those were the work of a (very clever) reader? Love to see a wacky feature about the story, rather than the clothes, again!
I second the bringing back of "making up emma". They are why I started following your blog in the first place, and now that they're gone, it makes me sad :( please bring it back!
Please update Gleebay! It was really useful. Thanks!
I miss Gleebay! And like others here, I'd love to see more budget friendly ideas!
