Megan always had a passion for jewelry, even when she was a little girl! (Megan even means “pearl!”) Her passion only increased as she grew up, and is now her love. She started her jewelry company, “Flawed Perfection Jewelry,” in Summer 2009. She loves using gemstones, pearls, and sterling silver because of the natural aspects of the stones, hence "from natural flaws...to design perfection!"
She creates gemstone “cluster” pendants and earrings, “Petal Berry” earrings and pendants, and pearl “Molecule” bracelets and pendants, as well as one-of-a-kind pieces. Her favorite gemstones to work with are pearls, clear quartz, chalcedony, agate, and labradorite.
Megan has created an absolutely beautiful bracelet-and-earring set, which would look perfect with the dresses the New Directions girls will be wearing next week at Regionals!
Take a look!
Petal Berry Earrings and Molecule Bracelet Set (in Gold)
These approximately 1 and 1/2 inch long earrings feature a simple sterling silver marquise-shaped jumpring and a small burst of color in the form of a single gold button pearl. They are light as air on and are perfect for every day!
The approximately 7 and 1/4 inch long bracelet features gorgeous top-drilled freshwater pearls in stunning gold. They are accented by tiny black onyx beads. It has a sterling silver spring ring clasp. The design of this bracelet and the shape of these pearls remind me of molecules and molecular structures, thus the name of this bracelet (and whole collection)!
So beautifully crafted! I should also mention that Megan attends university in California. I am so impressed with her dedication and entrepreneurship at a young age. This girl is destined for great things! Thank you, Megan, for sharing your talent and your generosity with WWEPW!
