It's reminiscent of the Watercolor Floral Skirt, and the colors are all Emma. I'd like to see her in it, with a crisp white blouse and yellow cardi, with the Kate Spade Daisy Necklace we haven't seen since Mattress.
And of course, the Penelope Mary Janes.

I love it! I found the famous watercolor skirt on ebay and snatched it up the other day.
