This neckline is far from prim enough for Emma Pillsbury, don't you think? I do love the little rosette near the shoulder. The print skirt is an interesting choice with this top.

By the way, this blue cardigan is from Ann Taylor Loft. It was originally $49.50, but in May 2009 discounted to a final price of $14.88.
I LOVE the white bow thing she has going on. Is it part of the shirt or is it it's own separate thing?
I'm pretty sure she has a white silk shirt underneath, and she's just positioned the cardigan to look like the bow is connected - and it looks amazing!
