Emma Pillsbury Style - Get The Look - Red Bow Dress

I love a red dress. I love Emma's red dress. THIS red dress!

Emma wears this Day Dress by Red Valentino which retails on their site for $595.

It also comes in this lilac color:

Red Valentino Cap Sleeve Bow Dress from Neiman Marcus ($650)

If the price of the Red Valentino is a bit too steep for your pocketbook, here are some other great red dresses that won't break the bank, and a couple of splurge dresses.

L-R
Black Halo Jackie Belted Minidress ($230)
Pink Tartan Double-Knit Shift Dress ($395)
Boden Pleated Dress ($98)

L-R
Urban Outfitters Pins and Needles Ponte Boatneck Dress ($48)
Merona Petites Faux Wrap Dress ($30)
Merona Ponte Split Neck Dress from Target ($25)

Every woman should own a great red dress.

Thanks to Erin from Glee Dork and Katelyn from the "yummy" blog Love, Luck, Kisses & Cake for the tips on where to find the Valentino dresses. Check them out!

I am really really really tempted by that faux wrap dress. Like, REALLY. It comes in PETITES.

Also, ok, hi, we know it's tv, and this might totally be against the entire philosophy of your site, but do they HAVE to put Emma in SIX HUNDRED DOLLAR DRESSES? She's a HIGH SCHOOL COUNSELOR. Gah.

GIRL you are preaching to the choir! I wrote a whole diatribe once about how NO TEACHER would be able to afford her clothes, not even the J.Crew and Anthro stuff!

Still, I don't care BECAUSE IT'S ALL SO AWESOME ON HER THAT I AM WILLING TO SUSPEND DISBELIEF.

Love, love, loooove that dress! Love Valentino and love red dresses.

It's amazing though how similar this style is to the yellow Target dress!! I'll stick with the Target price range...

Since you are so so amazing at hunting down these items, pretty please check out my blog post tomorrow! I am quite literally begging readers to find this dress I'm after. : )

Have a good one!

I could afford that dress if I just rearranged my budget to live off Top Ramen for 3 months.

It would SO be worth it!
