Emma Pillsbury Style - Get The Look - Showmance

The periwinkle and cream outfit is all about color. I'm pretty confident that costuming much of Emma's bottom half is done by shopping at J. Crew. This pencil skirt comes in several striking colors and I wouldn't be surprised to see Emma wearing it in an upcoming episode or two. For the life of me, I cannot find a sweater anywhere that resembles or even comes close to the one Emma wears at the beginnning of this episode. Vintage, perhaps? If you have any approximations to this sweater, I'd love to see!

Emma's coral and taupe outfit is all about color combination and accessories. The simple cardigan and print pencil skirt could be found anywhere, in an array of colors and patterns, but the matching belt and gorgeous necklace pull the outfit together. This necklace would also go perfectly with Emma's coral look.

Emma's olive cardigan is dressed up by a little grosgrain ribbon down the front. The little details of Emma's clothes is what sets her apart from ordinary, I think. Here are two versions of ribbon-trimmed cardigan - an inexpensive one from Kohl's and a bust-the-budget Ann Taylor version.

Emma's green and black ensemble is punctuated by a fabulous skirt and an even more fabulous necklace. This Boden skirt, in several color combos, is reminiscent of Emma's, without the pleats.

Here's a super-affordable beaded cardigan (not in baby blue, but still pretty) from Land's End.

The myriad of sweater guards Emma wears (and not just on sweaters!) would be so simple to make. But why bother when cute guards like these are already out there?

Have other ideas for Emma-inspired wear? I'd love to hear from you!
